Runners don’t forget to strength train! I haven’t gone to the gym in two weeks due to internship/exams, but I went today and wow did I feel it. Strength training also prevents injury and for me, it decreases my pace tremendously.
No run day but it is going to be a leg day at the gym! Brooklyn Half Marathon in almost exactly month.
