7 miles in the books. No gym today, instead I enjoyed a gorgeous day outside running at Prospect Park. Weather is finally gorgeous in New York.

Killer leg day at the gym along with a 3.60 mile run that was followed by a huge bowl of oatmeal, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, blueberries, banana, strawberries, and cinnamon with a Greek yogurt on the side. Yum.
